Tubing and Casing for Special Service(13 chrome)
For oil and gas reservoirs with high sulfur content that are likely to cause casing corrosion and cracking, GS has independently developed 80S/SS～110S/SS grades of oil well pipes with hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion resistance series, which have excellent mechanical properties and resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking. Other grades mainly include 1%chrome, 3%chrome, 9% chrome, 13 chrome, super 13, etc.
In response to the needs of the development of oil and gas wells containing acid gas CO2, GS provides low-alloy anti-corrosion tubing and casing. This series of products has excellent thermodynamic stability and CO2 corrosion resistance. At present, this series of products have been widely used in domestic oil and gas fields and exported to the Middle East and Africa in large quantities. Through the adjustment of alloying elements, P110-13Cr/Super-13 chrome series martensitic stainless steel tubing and casing pipes that can be applied to higher temperatures and have good toughness have been developed one after another.
